Painting No. 283-285: Christmas Door(s)

Okay, so now there's no hiding that fact that we're way behind of posting paintings here on the blog! haha  This is a little project I did just before Christmas. I wanted to create a Christmas-decor painting that would be classic, timeless...that would be pulled out year after year. I decided to go with this image of a snowy front door with a wreath. It was fun to create all three at the same time and to see how they each still had differences when I was complete. These were gifts this year for my parents and my husband's parents and grandparents. They were very kindly received! Perhaps this will turn into a tradition and they can grow a collection....we'll see! :)
